KALLE GHOOCHI (Jumbo Round)

The name is derived from the shape. Kalleh Ghochi or Jumbo pistachios, which are larger compared to other varieties. It may be similar to Fandoghi pistachio, but it is generally larger and has a heavier weight, therefore has a smaller number per kilo. This type of pistachio is thick and meaty. The special flavor of it, is due to its high-fat volume.
